Mommy Fleur's Tuyo & Mushroom with Feta Cheese Pasta

I was up very early this morning. I was supposed to be at the office before 6am so I can go to the gym muna before working. However nga, walang humpay ang ulan so I checked FB and Twitter for updates. After I decided that I won't be going to work anymore, I checked what I can make for breakfast. I made Anika a red sauced spaghetti. I cooked Alvin sardines and fried rice. And I cooked Tuyo, Mushroom with Feta Cheese pasta.

Instead of waking up Alvin after I cooked, I waited na lang for him to wake up. Paano, when I checked FB this morning, I saw nagpalit ng profile pic ang lolo niyo kaninang 2am. I'm sure super late na naman yan nakatulog kanina. Either nagaabang yan because it was raining hard steadily the whole night or hindi siya makatulog kasi hindi pa din siya maka-get over that our house rent will increase by 20% by next month.

Oo mga bakla. 20% increase. Our landlady told Alvin about this yesterday. Hindi na cool ang rent namin. Alvin and I decided that we should already look for a house and lot for sale. In this way, at least, even if we pay amortization, the house is ours na. Di vah?

Anyways, when went out of the room, he saw me sitting at my blogging desk, laptop open while checking my Instagram.

ALVIN: Ang aga, aga yan ang hawak mo.

It's been a long time joke in our house na gadgets agad ang hawak namin the moment we wake up. Addict lang.

ME: Hoy! Excuse me! Kanina pa po ako gising. Nakasubaybay ako sa sa news. Kanina 3am hanggang tuhod ang baha sa may labasan ng Merville. Kaninang 4am, not passable ang South Super Highway from Alabang to Magallanes. Kaninang 430am, nagsubside na ang baha sa may Merville and passable na ang South Super Highway. Nakaluto na din ako ng almusal ni Anika na spaghetti. Nakaluto na ako ng breakfast mo. Nagluto din ako ng tuyo pasta. Ayan nakahain na. Nandyan na din ang kape mo. Kumain ka na. 

Ratrat ba ang gusto mo?! =) Hihihi

ALVIN: Ah okay. Sorry. Paki kuha nga ang transistor ko. 

With all the technology here, my husband relies on his trusty transistor =)

Going back to the pasta that I made this morning, you guys have to know na hinuhulaan ko lang lahat ng pasta cooking ko. Meaning, wala siyang measurement. At eto pa, I don't taste the food while I cook it. Natitikman ko na lang pagkinakain na after I cook it. Haha. I dunno. Either I didn't get used to it or masyado lang ako assuming na masarap agad ang niluto ko. Lol!

I wanna share with you the Tuyo &Mushroom with Feta cheese pasta that I cooked this morning. Here's what you need:

Isang damakmak na minced garlic, mushrooms, bottled tuyo and Olive oil.

It would be more delicious sana if you will use Maga's Kitchen's bottled tuyo. 

Let's put Feta cheese para magmukhang sosy =)

First, saute the minced garlic in the olive oil. The olive oil will serve as the pasta's sauce. Then put in the mushrooms then the tuyo. Put pepper ng konti. Turn off the stove. Put in the cooked noodles and mix the sauce with the noodles. Put in a serving dish then put the Feta cheese.

 Boom.

If you want it to have more taste, just sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top.
