'Twas A Busy Weekend =)

Good morning mudrabelles!!!

How are you guys?

Thank you so much for all your get well messages, texts and comments. I went to RITM last Friday. RITM stands for Research Institute for Tropical Medicine. Alvin's mom has been working there for the longest time. Sila yung punong abala pagmay SARS, Anthrax and all other dangerous findings. Dun ang mga tao ina-isolate and kinoconfine with those sickness. Naka-astronaut get-up ang mga doctors and nurses dun pagmay outbreak.  If it still doesn't ring a bell, you might be familiar about RITM kasi people who get bitten by dogs, dun dinadala. RITM monitors din cases of rabies eh. 

Don't worry, wala po akong rabies. I had myself checked at RITM because the doctors that my MIL knows there are good.

So ayun na nga. First we went to the derma to have my face checked. I have daw skin asthma pala. There's no cure for this itchy patch on my face. I just have to moisturize all the time. Hindi pwedeng dry ang skin because lalabas siya. So the derma told me to continue using moisturizer. I'm currently using the Physiogel Cream. Mega moisturize levelz kasi iyon. She also gave me an ointment to put if the patch becomes red and really itchy. Over the weekend nawala na siya.

Next we went to a pulmo doctor. I told her about my week-long cough and colds. She gave me 1,000 mg of Augmentin and some more medicine para lumuwag yung phlegm. Naku mga ateng, I'm so groggy most of the time! 1,000 mg of antibiotic!!! Maloloka ka talaga! I wasn't able to stay nga long at the SoMoms session with Coach Pia eh. Nahihilo talaga ako ng wagas.

Anyways, today, it's a little better. The cough is more maluwag now and hindi na ako ganun ka-ngongo magsalita. Hehe.

Before I start my weekend kwentos, outfit of the day muna. Here's what I'm wearing today:

Moving on, my weekend was jampacked. It didn't help nga lang that I was taking 2,000 mg nga of antibiotics that day. Twice a day kasi ang inuman nun eh.

Saturday morning, off I went to St. Francis Shangrila for our SoMoms session with Coach Pia. I had to go home early because nahihilo talaga ako ng wagas. Nahihilo na plus lutang pa. That wasn't a nice combination because I was also going to drive home pa. Nagpaalam na ako umalis. But before I went home, nag-outfit of the day pa kami ni Jackie. Hihihi.

Here's what I was wearing that day:

I slept when I got home. I woke up feeling refreshed after so I decided na tumuloy na sa anniversary spa party of TSN. Ang bongga lang ng party nila. I'll tell you more about it in a different post.

Come Sunday, namalengke ang beauty ko then made pancake cut outs for Anika's breakfast.

If you're following me in Instagram, I posted there about the loots from Unilab. I love Unilab. I really use all their products.

This one caught my eye. Bago eh. It's an Indonesian Whitening Body Scrub. I can't wait to try it. I'll make a review, don't worry =)

Then in the afternoon, we took the little girl to Greenbelt 3 to watch her first ever movie theater movie: Monster's University.

While waiting for the movie, I bought myself this Red Mango ice cream. Ang sarap grabe! Kamusta naman ang sipon ko after?! =)

We took photos as souvenirs for this day. First time eh.

Anika's first ever movie experience was fun naman. Nakakahiya pero fun. She was restless nung commercials but after Alvin got her a booster seat, she became comfy and watched the movie na.

Yun nga lang, when the movie was about to start, Anika shouted from her seat..

ANIKA: YEHEY!!! MONSTERS UNIVERSE!!!

Omg talaga. Nakakahiya. Hahaha. She was cute kaya siguro walang nagalit.

We kept sushing her all throughout the movie. Ang daming comments and questions nung bagets. Pagnagtanong pa, ang boses akala mo inaaddress niya yung questions niya sa lahat ng nandun.

ANIKA: Tatay, why is he sad?!

ANIKA: I'm sad because they're fighting!

ANIKA: That's so funny!!!

Mga ganyan. And when the team of Mike won, she was also cheering loudly and jumping on her seat with her two arms raised. Okay lang sana kaso siya lang yung gumaganun. As in umaalingaw-ngaw voice niya sa buong movie house. That's my girl! Hehe.

Then 10 minutes before the movie ended, she got restless na. She was going up and down the steps.

ANIKA: Nanay, can we watch the minions show now?!

Repeat 30x.

Adorable.

We'll be watching naman Despicable Me next weekend. I dunno who's more excited, si Anika ba or si Alvin.

After the movie, I went to National Bookstore to buy recipe books and magazine.

Gusto ko na talaga makapagluto. I'm so annoyed at my maid. Mas wala pang alam kaysa sa akin magluto. Once I learn na, I'll cook na in advance the ulam of Anika for the day. I got this idea from Ching, Zac's mommy. Ilagay na lang sa ziplock and i-freezer everything para re-heat na lang everything come meal time. For the meantime, Anika's staying over at my in-laws. Otherwise, puros toyo lang lagi ng adobo ang uulamin ng anak ko.

When I was about to pay na, I saw na may set books na ang Bared To You series. I bought it.

I've been hearing a lot about this book. Mala-50 Shades of Gray din kasi ang peg. 

Malaman nga.
