Chicco Fashion Expo

Last Saturday, I had to turnover a unit to one of our clients. It turned out that the couple just had their first baby three weeks ago. Ofcourse, bonding kami agad nung wife and we talked about baby things. I told them that the baby brand Chicco was having a Fashion Sale at the Metropolitan Club beside Rockwell that day and the next day only (August 14-15, 2010). Chicco clothes, accessories and toys are really nice but a bit expensive. They got excited because they live near there lang daw. So after they have accepted their unit, I wrote down the details of when and where ang sale.

Me naman, after that, Alvin and I had lunch and proceeded na to the Chicco sale.

I thought the whole Metropolitan Club, yun pala one small function room lang. I asked the lady in charge if I can take pictures inside kaso I wasn't finish talking yet, she cut me off to say NO. Okay, I wanted to blog it pa naman that day para more of my mommy friends would know about it and they can go the next day. Sana di sila nilangaw because when we got there, super konti lang yung tao around four lang, yung isa pa dun yung client couple ko na sinabihan ko that morning. Oh well, mataray siya eh, bahala siya.

Since they didn't allow me to take picture, mangiinggit na lang ako (sorreee! hehe!). There were so many clothes on sale. Baby clothes that cost like Php 1,500, it was only 200 pesos there. They have this big rack na all 100-150 peso baby clothes lang. You just have to dig in and find what you like. Some kasi have stains (which I think are removable naman when you wash it). Some of the clothes, they divided it to age group, which made picking a lot easier. We bought a nice long sleeved shirt for Alvin's nephew that cost like Php 250 only (before mga 1,200 ata siya) and a cutie baseball cap that says Chicco on it for Php 150 only.

I wanted to hoard clothes for Anika but as usual Alvin held me back. Her Lola Tita (our Tita Judith) came back from Thailand and she bought tons of clothes for Anika (as in madaming madami ha!). With that, I only bought two items:

This cute Chicco shirt for Php 200 (previously Php 800) and

This kikay top for Php 100 only (previously sold at Php 500, if i remember correctly)

They also had Chicco car seats and Chicco toys there. I was expecting for bottles and feeding things but they didn't sell any.

Next time, the moment I know about these things, I will post here agad, promise mommy readers! *cross my heart!*
