Tuesday Kwento: The Pink Motorcycle

Note: There are Vampire Diaries season 4 spoilers here ha? If you haven't watched the series yet, I suggest not to continue reading anymore.

Good morning guys!!! 

I was supposed to blog last night. As in sinulat ko pa everything that I wanted to write. Kaso lang, after I took my shower, I felt really sleepy. When I looked at the time, it was only 8pm! I crawled beside Alvin in our bed. He supposedly offered to put Anika to sleep so I could blog. I realized I only had 3 hours of sleep the night before. Kaya pala my eyes felt really heavy na.

Bakit kamo?

Toots came over the other night to give me a copy of the complete season 4 of Vampire Diaries.

Wala na. Puyatan na talaga ito.

Ewan ko ba bakit hook na hook ako dito. Maybe it's because of Ian Somerhalder's eyes. Crush na crush ko mga ateng! Season 4 is my favorite season so far. Damon finally gets the girl!!! Check it out:

There. That's the reason why I was so puyat. Okay lang, sulit naman *kilig*

Anyways, the other day, I remembered telling Vivian that I'm jealous her blog kasi nakakacelebrate sila ng anniversary. I never celebrated my blog's anniversary ever. She asked me when the Mommy Fleur's anniversary was pero hindi ko alam. She said eh di yung date ng first entry ko daw. Ang taba talaga ng utak ni Vivian. Last weekend ko lang na-check because one of my blog readers left a very beautiful and touching comment there. July 16, 2009 pala ang very first blog entry ng the Mommy Fleur blog. 

Kaka-fourth year anniversary ko lang pala the other week. I didn't know!

Don't worry guys. Better late than never ang peg ko this year. I'm cooking up something then I'll reveal it in August =) I hope you'll like it =)

For the meantime, here's what I wore yesterday

Now, it's time for the real kwentuhan.

You see guys, for some reasons, Alvin and I are on tipid mode. Hindi ko alam kung bakit. Bigla na lang kami nagkaroon ng rule about going out and shopping. 

Oh yeah, he discovered kasi pala that we spend so much dining out and making pasyal every month. 

Fine.

He can't do anything about my grocery shopping so he banned me na lang from shopping for "unnecessary" things instead. Apparently for my husband, clothes, shoes, bags and all other things that I NEED constitutes as what he believes are "unnecessary" things. Ang unfair. Sinunod ko na lang because it's still sale season and imagine the damage that will do to my wallet if I were allowed to shop.

Tamang tama lang.

So we decided that we can only go out every other weekend na lang. To the others, you might want to tell me na we can do other stuff rather than going to malls. I know that. Kaso, I want to go to the mall with Anika and Alvin. Yan ang gusto ko. Masaya ako sa ganun. Malling malling. That's me. That makes me happy. Buti na lang somehow natatanggap na ni Alvin yun. Hehe.

Imagine how I felt when Alvin told me that we're not going out anymore that Sunday. We went out na daw kasi to Resorts World the night before. Meaning, lumabas na daw kami for that weekend. Sa bahay na lang daw kami.

Hindi ko kinaya.

ME: Hindi kasama yun! Iba naman yun! Gimik yun! You said that we can go out every other week! Yan yung usapan! You're so sneaky! Hindi kasama yun! You're so unfair!!! I agreed na nga to your rules tapos dinadaya mo pa ako! Hindi na nga tayo lumabas last weekend eh! You're so unfair!

Sinamahan ko ng pag-iyak para pang diin.

Oo. Yan ang first world problems ni Mommy Fleur.

Sabay pasok ni Anika sa room.

ANIKA: Tatay can we go to the mall?

ALVIN: Kung may ipagbabawal ako na sentence dito sa bahay na ito, "Can we go to the mall?" yun.

In the end, we went to the mall that day. Manalo ba yang si Alvin sa aming dalawa ni Anika!?

=) 

Here's what Anika wore. I have to tell you, she picked that outfit all by herself, from the top to the shoes. I tried tucking the top in kaso ayaw niya. Gusto niya ganyan lang.

When we got to Greenbelt, Anika went inside the toy store. I just followed them there. I was surprised because when saw them, Alvin was buying Anika this pink motorcycle. It costs around Php 5,000.

Five freaking thousand pesos.

For a toy motorcycle.

ME (to Alvin): Excuse me. Anong okasyon?!

ALVIN: Hayaan mo na. Gusto nung bata eh.

ME: Gusto ng bata?! Ako marami din gusto nung bata pero hindi binibili lahat sa akin. Akala ko ba nagtitipid tayo?!

ALVIN: Hayaan mo na. Nagwalis naman siya kanina sa bahay eh.

ME: Nagwalis? Eh winasiwas lang niya yung mga dumi sa sahig eh. Bakit si Anika pwede bumili ng ganyan pero ako bawal mamili?!

ALVIN: Gusto mo ba din ng ganyan? Bibilhan kita.

Che! Antipatiko talaga etong asawa ko.

Nagtaka pa siya bakit daw mas close sa kanya si Anika. Malamang. Alvin loves spoiling Anika.

ALVIN: Hindi mapapalitan ng pera yung happiness na madudulot kay Anika nung binili kong toy.

 Ewan.

I tried to have my outfit of the day but I wasn't able to because Anika kept on joining me. Okay lang sana kung siya lang kaso she also kept on dragging her motorcycle with her. Anika and her motorcycle are inseparable now. Dun sa loob ng room namin naka-park yan beside her bed.

And that's not it!!!

Alvin got her also a Princess full gear which Anika wears everywhere.

Anika looks adorable riding her motorcycle in full gear. Tuwang tuwa ang Tatay niya.

Daddies really do have the tendency to spoil their daughters, don't they?
