Anika Kwento + Mommy Mundo's Belly Blessed Fest Visit

Last Friday when I came home from work,

ANIKA: Nanay, Teacher doesn't like my nail polish.

Sabi ko na nga ba eh.

I should've insisted on painting her nails all blue na lang to match her school uniform.

ME: Ellen! Anong kulay daw ang gusto nung sister?

ELLEN: Ate hindi po. Tanggalin daw po yung nail polish. Bawal daw po.

Ganun?

ME: Ano sabi exactly?

ELLEN: Tinanong daw po si Anika sino ang naglagay nung nail polish. Sabi po ni Anika si Nanay daw niya. Tapos sabi po sa kanya "Tell your Nanay to take it off.". Siya lang po kasi yung naka-nail polish na bata dun eh.

Oh okay.

Sorry.

Sayang, I like pa naman the color combination of Anika's nail polish. I'll be removing it na baka ma-high blood sila sa akin. Hehehe.

Anyways, speaking of Anika, she's growing up to be really smart. As in smart mouthed. Kakaiba ang mga hirit ng bagets. Nakakasurprise.

Like, she's into the word FOREVER now.

ANIKA: I wanna go to the mall FOREVER, Nanay!

ANIKA: I'm mad na FOREVER!

ANIKA: Tatay, Nanay and Anika, together FOREVER!

Mga ganyan.

She also has her drama moments. This one she got from me because one time she told me she didn't love me anymore because I reprimanded her about something. I made drama that I'm packing my things na until she says that she loves me. This backfired one night.

ANIKA: But I want to watch TV Nanay!

ME: No more Anak. It's bedtime already.

ANIKA (shouting): But I want too!!!

ME: Why are you shouting? You don't have to shout. Go to bed.

ANIKA: NO! I'm mad!!! I'm going to go and pack my thing already.

ALVIN (whispering to me): Kasalanan mo lahat yan.

I'm so sorry.

We really do need to be extra careful with what we say and do around the kids ano?

And speaking of drama, look at Anika yesterday morning.

We just work up that morning and Alvin and I were hugging while she was playing around the bed. When she saw us, she folded her arms in front of her and said:

ANIKA: I'm mad! Why are you hugging?! Tatay and Nanay do not love me anymore.

Then she stomped her way out of the room.

We found her like that nung sinundan namin.

Nakakaloka di ba?

Eto na naman ang asawa ko...

ALVIN: Kanino pa ba naman magmamana ng kadramahan niya yan?!

Sa akin agad agad?!

Hehehe.

Anyways, that morning, I went to the Podium Mall to check out Mommy Mundo's Belly Blessed
Fest 2013.

Outfit of the day:

Inner top: Mango; Shorts: Mango; Cover up: Cotton On; Sandals: Charles and Keith
While going around, I realized na ang sarap na magbuntis ngayon. Unlike during the time that I was pregnant with Anika, I know more about pregnancy and about the things that I can use for her. I found some of the products at the Belly Blessed Fest yesterday =)

Various natural products from Indigo Baby.

There are also Teething Necklace and Bracelet beads being sold. You can buy these at Teething Beads.

Nurture Nook Shop was also there selling fantastic baby and mommy products plus these colorful Bobbles.

Manila Baby Shop bags can be bought at the Belly Blessed Fest too!

Two Tots was there.

Paper Chic Studio washi tapes on sale.

Congratulations to Mommy Mundo for a successful Belly Blessed Fest! Ang daming tao! Last day nila today so I suggest mommies and mommies to be to visit them na today at the Podium Mall =)

Here's one of the two black and white baskets that I got from Two Tots.

It's a pretty way to organize Anika's stuff from mine.

I'll be doing a feature next time the products that Anika and I use ha? Stand by for it =)
