The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences

A new concept. An exciting street life. A great artist. Creatively fused together, this dynamic and inspired combination gave birth to Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences, a place where art and passion lives.

As you all know, Pineda and I did my boudoir photo shoot at the Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences. You can see the photos here and here

Picasso is located at the heart of the Makati Business District. It's in Salcedo to be exact.

When we arrived, they immediately served us bottled water. It was so thoughtful of them because it was 10,000 degrees Celsius outside. It was refreshing. It was also very easy to check in because the staff were efficient and courteous.

The hotel is not that big pero it's very airy and clean. This is their lobby. The area behind the sofa is their restaurant. This is where they serve breakfast.

Para nga lang akong aatakihin whenever Anika would climb the stairs to the second floor from the lobby. Bawal tatanga tanga umakyat diyan.

When you reach the second floor, you will see the area where you can surf online for free.

The room that I got for the day was their Andalusia Premier Studio.

Named after the sunny city where Pablo Picasso was born. The 81sqm Andalusia Premier Studios are in the colors of deap sea blue, dark beige, rust, dark gold and olive green located on the 2nd to 7th floors respectively.

I'm sorry, pero ang bongga lang talaga ng room na ito. It's very spacious with a big bed, a sofa, a 32 inch screen TV, dining area, iPod docking station and a Toilet and Bath.

I love the closets behind these white doors to your right. They have bathrobes, slippers and a safe.

It's a place where you can cook your own food.

Their toilet and bath is as bongga as the room.

We asked if we can check out their other rooms as well.

Here's the elevator lobby.

First we went in the Malaga Studio.

From their website:

Malaga Studio named after the sunny Andalusian city where Pablo Picasso was born, the 45 sqm Malaga Studios are in the colors of deep sea blue, rust, dark gold and olive green. Located on the 2nd to 5th floors respectively.

Next was the Montparnasse Suite.

From their website:

Montparnasse Suite named after the Montparnasse district in Paris, the favored haunt of artists like Picasso, the 88 sqm Montparnasse Suites are in the colors of dark beige, royal blue, red and gray. Located on the 6th to 9th floors respectively.

Arnaiz was supposed to get this room for her bridal suite. However, the bedroom and toilet and bath didn't have doors. Hihihihi. Sabi ko lipat na lang sila dito sa room na ito after their wedding.

Last but not the least, we went in the Picasso Loft.

From their website:

Exquisitely styled in white and grey tones and furnished with the latest and most complete amenities, this 93 square meter loft makes for a great VIP room or a place to house your traveling family. Reserve early, as there are only two of these exclusive luxury suites, both located in prime areas on the 8th floor.

Wow.

This was the most bongga room of all!!! It was so big, pwede na kayo maghabulan dito! *wink!*

They have a big living area, a big dining area, a toilet and bath at the lower floor.

The bedroom and a toilet and bath can be found on the second floor or the loft.

This is the T&B of the loft...

... while this one was the T&B at the lower floor.

You would be surprised because the rooms are actually affordable.

I highly recommend The Picasso Boutique because (1) the rooms are spacious, (2) the rooms are neat and tidy, (3) there's complimentary in-room wifi internet access and it's fast, (4) the staff are very nice, friendly, efficient and accommodating, (5) there's a complimentary parking, (6) they have a nice gym and (5) the place is very accessible to nearby malls and other establishment with their own shuttle service.

This hotel is great for our balikbayans who are going to stay in Manila for a vacation and for you mommies and daddies out there who would want some "alone time" together. Pak na pak!
