A Hollywood Glam Baby Shower

Two of my best friends are pregnant now. Vivian will be giving birth this September while Pineda will be giving birth on October. Both kids are girls and are going to be my goddaughters. Bongga di ba?! Pucha ang gastos din! Haha! Wala namang problema because they are one of my dearest friends. Anything for the people I love -- extended to their better halves and off springs.

The other weekend, Vivian had her baby shower at the Tivoli Garden Residences Belmira building sky lounge. The theme was Hollywood Glam. O diba?! Nasa tiyan pa lang bonggels na ang party!

The party was coordinated by Vivian's best friends from law school. I tell you, iba magpaparty ang mga lawyers! Kabog! I'll let the photos do the talking.

The party place was decorated with metallic pink and silver star and round balloons. There were hot pink and silver ribbons tied to the chairs too.
Ganda ng sky lounge ng mga projects namin noh? =) Pang moyomon! But in a very affordable price ang mga units!

My outfit of the day: Dress from a bazaar in Rockwell and High Havaianas

Anika's outfit: Top from Gingersnaps, leggings from Mothercare or F&X (either I can't remember),  her walang kamatayang silver sandals from Stride Rite.

 Anika played with the paper and pens that were left in that table. She was making arte arte while her Tatay was taking her photos. Manang mana!

Her Ninang Mich A (for arnaiz) joined her. Best friends sila that day. Anika's other Ninang, Mich P (for pineda) also arrived but left early to go to another kiddie party. Di na kami nagabot.

 When I saw them together, I noticed nakapearl necklace na anak ko. Sinabitan ng Ninang Mich A. niya.


Anika played with the only baby there in the party.

"Hi there. I'm Anika."

"Hi Anika. So nice your necklace ha."

"Oh this? Ninang Michelle made nenok this for me."

Arnaiz also gave Anika two balloons with chocolate balls. The other one burst and I almost had a heart attack because I saw Anika putting one ball inside her mouth! Choke alert!

I love the giveaway! Vivian made her guests choose from various small stuffed animals with pearl necklaces.
I chose a monkey because Anika loves monkeys!!

Nakakahiya because we arrived late and left early. It was a Sunday and Wowa was waiting in Powerplant with my brothers. Plus look at the balloons that are tied in Anika's diaper bag! Ang dami! I'm happy to inform you that after two weeks, may helium pa din ang mga balloons na itech.
