One day, when we were still living with my mom, she went home with loads of tabo. As in like 15pieces of tabo in various colors.
ME: Ma, why did you buy so many tabo?! Dalawa lang kubeta natin. Nakashower naman tayo.
MAMA: Wag kang makialam anak. Sale ang mga tabo kanina sa Cash and Carry eh. It was a good buy.
Turning to our maid, she said:
MAMA: Annie! Wag ka na magreklamo na wala kang magamit na tabo ha!
Ay. Hindi na talaga siguro.
She's like that. Whenever she's into something, she buys a lot. Dahil sale daw. Or baka ma-out of stock daw. Or just because she likes it.
Hindi na ako nagulat nung last weekend, she gave me a very heavy plastic bag.
ME: Ano po ito?
MAMA: Para kay Anika yan.
When I got home, eto pala ang mga laman:
ALVIN: Hala! Bat ang dami niyan?!
ME: Bigay ni Mama kay Anika eh.
ALVIN: Magtatayo ba tayo ng preschool Babe?
Pwedehhhh!
Nevertheless, Anika enjoyed browsing through them.

Hoarding diba? Nakakaloka. I need a storage space for all of Anika's educational toys and books. Sa liit ng bahay namin, I am wondering where to store these. Sa ilalim kaya ng dining table? =D Lol!

ME: Ewan ko ba sa kanya. Si Einstein ata ang peg para sa apo niya.

Hi! Got here through Topaz Mommy's blog. Saya ng mga kwento dito ha. :D I love these presents from Annika's Wowa! Books and brainy stuff galore!! I have some of the books and flash cards for my toddler also. He loves them! :) Will drop by again sometime.

ReplyDeleteI have the Brainy Baby books too.. But my baby doesn't browse through them yet. He just bite at them as of these moments.. Gusto pa panay play eh... Pero cyempre sinusuway ko.. :)
Anyway.. Good selections of baby books and other educ. stuff. Mahal na mahal ni wowa nya.. :)

Lucky Anika! good thing she love the books her Wowa gave her.my son also love the books pero mas preferred nya Brainy Baby videos.Kudos to BB for providing high-quality, educational, fun entertainment sa mga kiddos natin :)
