I just love engaged couples! There's a certain aura around them that's really nice to feel. I dunno if it's excitement for the upcoming wedding? Or the giddiness that finally you will become the Mrs. of this Mr.? Whatever it is, nakakatuwa talaga =)
Apple and Jonathan are going to get married at the end of this month at Tagaytay. Apple's the daughter of our wedding godmother who is based in Amsterdam. We are close to their family and I treat her as my own sister. Apple grew up in Amsterdam so she has no idea how to plan a wedding here in the Philippines. This is why I am helping them =)
Apple and Jonathan sure have the aura of giddiness and the excited factor like any other engaged couple. Nakikita ko yan kahit hindi sila obvious. The thing is however, they are quite different from everybody else. Deadma lang sila. Apple did not become a bridezilla given that they only started officially planning for their wedding 45 days before the actual date. They had some wedding docs problems but were ironed out already. When I interviewed them, they do not want a lavish wedding. Ang kay Apple, basta maganda ang wedding gown niya, may masarap na food na kakainin ng guests niya and she will be marrying the love of her life, okay na siya. Period. Yun lang.
I find this extremely sweet of her.
So without further ado, congratulations to Apple and Jonathan who are so shy they didn't want me to feature their photos here. So I took a photo of Apple's engagement ring instead.
