Anika's Day Out

For those of you who are regularly reading my blog, you know that my hubby doesn't like bringing Anika out. As in never. He's very praning about the ongoing dengue outbreak. This is even when I showed him all of Anika's insect / mosquito repellents. Good thing, one Saturday afternoon, I finally convinced him to let us take Anika for a stroll just outside the house.

Yun nga lang, when I started pushing Anika's stroller and we get to the end of our immediate neighbor's house, hubby will be calling us to go back already! Sheeesh!! It's just like 10 steps away from our house! But still, at least Anika had a breath of fresh air diba?

Anika also met our neighbor's kid, her future playmate =) Here they are staring at each other. I think Anika's amazed to see someone almost like her age.

After a while she wanted to grab the cute little giraffe toy on that little girl's bike.

When you're older na baby girl. Tatay will get you one like that =)
