My Bestfriend's Blog

Last night I prayed to God. I was thanking Him profusely because nowadays I feel that I am surrounded with so much love from people. First there's my husband ofcourse. Someone I thank for everyday because I couldn't imagine asking for anyone else for a hubby. Second, there's Anika who already shows sign of being really really malambing. Third, there's my family. My mom who we do not ask anything from but supports us in her different ways. My Tita, my cousin Faye, my brothers and dad. We seldom see each other but Alvin, Anika and I feel all the love from where they are to Swigert St. Fourth, my mother in law and Alvin's family. I have nothing but good words for my in laws. Fifth, my friends and readers of this blog. I am so thankful because I often receive good words and praises for my blog from them. They just don't know how happy they make me feel everytime I read or hear something nice about my blog. It inspires me more to write and share my experiences as a new wife and mom.

However last night's prayer was extra special. I was thanking God for my bestfriends. I am one of the few lucky people who have the best bestfriends in the entire world. I was particularly thanking God for Peachy in my prayers last night. Peachy was my matron of honor in our wedding. I have known her for more than 6 years now. Being the matron of honor, I required her to make a speech at the wedding reception. I know she hates public speaking that's why I was so grateful that she agreed. Come our wedding date, she made me teary eyed when she read her piece. Boy, Peachy can sure write a speech!! It came kasi from the heart kaya it was more beautiful especially for both of us.

I am so happy that I finally rubbed my blogging hobby to her. She now has her own blog, Arki_mom. She messaged me yesterday to check out her latest entry. I went to her site and grabe talaga, kinilabutan ako, naluha ako, and kulang na lang magpunta ako sa Antipolo para i-hug siya sa nabasa ko. She wrote her matron of honor speech in her blog to commemorate Alvin and my first wedding anniversary. I can finally read and re-read the beautiful speech she read at my wedding. You can read it HERE (just click on the link). Guys please do read it. Not only it will show how great a writer my bestfriend is, but also, you can understand what I mean when I said I have the greatest best friends in the world.

Thank you so much Peach!! I may not be in this happy (and so much peaceful) place had I not listened to you before. I love you to the moon and back!
