Weekend Shopping

After leaving Havi at Katie's house, Alvin and I went to Mall of Asia to do some shopping. Ang sama ng loob ko eh =(

When we got there, SALE ang mga stores!!! Di ko lang pinahalata kay Alvin pero I slowly put on my eyeglasses (im near sighted) so that I can see all the items for sale!!! I look composed outside but inside, hindi ako magkanda-ugaga!! (Alvin thinks I'm a reformed shopaholic na kasi) Grabe parang I wanted to ask Alvin to wait na lang somewhere so that makawala ako. Pero siyempre, I remained composed.

So we went in and out of stores. Ang dami kong gustong bilhin!!! Naghunosdili ako kasi ofcourse, I'm not a bachelorette anymore. Mahal na ang gatas and diapers. I think I was successful naman because when I went in at Terranova, I saw this amazing pullover. It was 50% off. I got it and fell in line at the cashier. And then, may nagtatalo inside me:

KUNSENSYA:  Do you really need a new sweater?! You have like 5 of those at home.

ME: I knooow. But I don't have a blue one yet. And besides, di na nga ako nakakabili for myself eh.

KUNSENSYA: You bought na a pair of pants kanina which you don't need kasi Alvin bought you na 3 fat pants.

ME: Isa lang naman to..

KUNSENSYA: Ikaw bahala.. Akala ko gusto mo pang bilhan si Anika ng gift for her 4th month birthday and sabi ni Girlie, paubos na daw yung milk and diapers ni Anika sa bahay.

ME: Oo na! hindi na! Pakker! Epal to!

So there, I returned the sweater and walked out of the store.

Although I didn't get to buy things for me, we looked for stuff for our house (grabe, the chandelier that I wanted costs 10k and the carpet that were eyeing to buy costs 8k!) and a lot of stuff for Anika.

Our advanced month birthday gift for Anika. Para may mga bagong guests na siya sa birthday niya next Monday.  Cutie booties which we bought at Chicco. Php 399.75. We named them Doe and Rah (don't blame me, Alvin gave the names haha)

Rattle bracelets bought in SM for Php 250 only =)

Night lamp Php 1,200. This acts like a ceiling projector. During bedtime, we put Anika in her crib, close all the lights and turn this on. There will be nighttime music (you can control the volume) and cute images are projected in the ceiling. Anika watches that and falls asleep. Okay not really sleep but it definitely makes her more sleepy =)

Alvin's parents gave her SM gift certificates as christening gifts. Since before pa, if people give Anika monetary gifts, we make sure na talagang sa kanya mapupunta yun. So kahit na 2 months after the christening, may natira pa talaga dun sa gift certificate. Kaya we bought her the wrist rattle and this night lamp =)
