I've always been afraid of Dengue ever since one of my former officemate's child died because of it. My fear was tolerable when I was still single but now that I already have a four month old baby, parang gusto ko si Anika ipasok sa kulambo forever! I want to hire somebody who will just be in charge of keeping mosquitos away from her 24/7! But I know that's impossible so I bought the Indigo Baby Shoo Fly Don't Bother Me insect repellent. Click here for the entry. So far it's very effective. Anika didn't have mosquito or insect bites anymore.
However, last week, I noticed that even if you are so very careful about having mosquitoes in the room, may nakakapasok pa din! Do not under estimate mosquitoes! They are very resourceful and intelligent! I can still see some mosquitoes in our room. I wasn't able to sleep! I was watching over Anika baka they might bite her!
And then I came across this product:
Giga Baby Insect Repellant Spray! Like the Indigo Products, this spray contains all natural ingredients too! Super safe that you can spray it directly on baby's skin. But me, since I already have the Shoo Fly Lotion, I spray it in the corners of Anika's crib or sometimes on her beddings. Easy lang with the spraying though, because although it has a mild scent, baby's sense of smell might get irritated. I bought this at a stall in front of the Regatta store in Glorietta. Php 185 only (if i remember correctly)
