Advice To My 18 Year Old Self

I have been browsing my old friendster and multiply blogs last night and found lots of interesting stuff! This led to me blog about what advice I would like to give if ever I get a chance to meet my 18 year old self. It may be too late for me but hopefully, one stray very young adult would come across this blog of mine and read this. At least may nayanig akong human being kahit papano =)

Lifted from my friendster and multiply blog entries from ages ago, here are my advices to my 18 year old self:

As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn’t supposed to ever let you down probably will.

You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it’s harder every time. You’ll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken.

You’ll fight with your best friend.

You’ll blame a new love for things an old one did.

You’ll cry because time is passing too fast, and you’ll eventually lose someone you love.

So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you’ve never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you’ll never get back.

Don’t be afraid that your life will end, be afraid that it will never begin.

Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets.. So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don't and believe that everything happens for a reason.

Know a good thing when you see it, and don't let it slip away.. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it.. Nobody said it would be easy. They just said it would be worth your while.

More or less, that will be it...

P.S.
I'm looking for where I got these so I could credit them here but sadly, I can't find them.
