Help Please!

My husband particularly told me not to blog about his poopoo problems and I know he will kill me for this pero I need help. Alvin needs to eat a lot of fiber. As in mega lots! Kelangan hindi siya mahirapan magpoopoo..

Ang alam ko lang source of fiber is oatmeal. So I bought a lot. Di daw niya type yung lasa, so I bought Nesvita chocolate flavored drink. Kaso baka mauta na naman siya. I need suggestions what to feed him for breakfast.

I also bought vegetables. I dunno if they are a good source of fiber but I know veggies are healthy so I bought sitaw, eggplant, sayote, ampalaya and kangkong. Last night, inadobo namin yung kangkong. Today aadobohin namin yung sitaw and eggplant. Im not sure kung pwede i-adobo yung sayote..

Pano ba? Wag naman laging adobo. What dishes are good for the tummy para okay ang bowel movement?

Help!!

  1. try to avoid meat as much as possible more veggies and fish with less cooking oil( nothing at all such as steamed veggies and fish, sinigang, bulalang) and minimal amount of rice at night and let him drink water at least 8 glasses a day or any fruit juices please do avoid soda.. fruits are good source of fiber too avocado, papaya and pineapple. I had a trouble with my bowel movement before but after I got my operation in that area the Doctor advised me to change my eating habbit instead go for healthy food. Hope it will help.. Nice blog anyway.

  2. Hi there Mommy Fleur! Cham here, from Davao City. I'm not a that big into veggies so no matter how much fiber they have, I still can't have enough (since I don't eat them that much). I tried C-Lium Fiber and I think it worked for me. High in fiber and flushes out toxins too. The label even says it can aid in lowering cholesterol and sugar levels... =)
