Outfit of the Day: Let's Get It On Monday

Good morning mudrabelles!

How was your weekend? Mine was super tiring pero enjoy na enjoy ako =) Last Saturday morning, I had to go and attend something for work. Then when I got home, we fixed your "storage room". Yeessss, we have a storage room na. So shala! Hahaha! We fixed it because we just made tambak there everything! Now it looks so neat and tidy! In the afternoon, we attended the birthday party of Vivian's daughter, who's my goddaughter. It was sooo bongga, swear! I'll tell you all about it soon! =)

Yesterday naman, Wowa picked up me and Anika to go to Tagaytay. We went to check out the place where we'll spend Christmas Eve and Christmas day. We decided kasi not to go far anymore. Based on experience, hindi cool for our family ang long driving. Ang iinit kasi ng mga ulo lol! Then after that we went to the outlet stores in Paseo de Sta. Rosa. I've already been there pero may mga newly opened stores pala behind the old building! I was so happy!!! Shopping galore! Ofcourse I'll make kwento soon!

Anyways, yesterday we were with Wowa almost the whole day. Tuwang tuwa ang Wowa with Anika because Anika knew what the green and red lights are for.

ME: Anika, what does the green light means?

ANIKA: Gowww!

ME: What does the read light means?

ANIKA: Stop!

ME: What does the yellow light means?

Anika was supposed to say Get Ready but Wowa cut her off.

WOWA: It means Faster! Faster!

Nawindang ako teh! Hahaha!

Mas nawindang ako on our way home. Before we left kasi the outlet stores, I changed Anika's pants and diapers inside Wowa's car. Anika was at the passenger seat while I was outside with the door open. Dressing up a tired and irate toddler is a major effort pero I did it. When we got to Magallanes, I was supposed to buy groceries sana. Kaso lang, I can't go out of the car because I can't find my other slipper! I was wearing pa naman my Fitflops =c As in nawawala yung isa! Ano yun, I left it sa parking sa Sta. Rosa?! It was so weird!! If only I've known that I will lose one of the pair, I would've left the other pair. Napakinabangan pa sana.

Anyways, Wowa lent me hers so that I can grocery shop. Ang Anika was making arte arte. She wanted to go with me eh ang Wowa was just staying sa car. Ayun sinama ko na. It was a challenge shopping with a very active toddler with nobody there to help you. Feeling single mother akish! It wasn't easy, I tell you. I was used to being with Alvin whenever I'm with Anika. We help each other out. Ang hirap pala pag mag-isa ka. Cue in music: "Kung mawawala ka.. Hindi ko makakaya.. Harapin ang bukas ng nag-iisaaa!!!" Choz!! =)) Kaya idol na idol ko talaga ang mga single mothers. You guys are amazing! Hands up to you girls!

So how was I able to do it? Eh di I wiped the grocery cart, made Anika sit inside it and gave her ice cream. Pak na pak! I was even able to buy my favorite Salted Carmel Mocha Frappuccino at Starbucks! =)

Eto pa funny, on our way home:

ME: Ma, nung bata ako, sino ang mas cute, ako or si Anika?

WOWA: Si Anika.

I fell silent.

WOWA: Hahaha! Sorry talaga anak pero mas cute si Anika kaysa sayo dati.

ME: Okay lang naman. Kaso sana nagisip ka saglit kahit kunwari lang. Hahahaha!

WOWA: Ano ka ba! Alam ko na kasi dati pa ang sagot diyan sa tanong mo. Ilang beses ko na natanong sa sarili ko yan dati pero sorry talaga anak, mas cute talaga si Anika sayo dati. She's very madaldal and smart. She knows a lot of things at her age. Ikaw kasi dati quiet ka lang pero smart.

 Fine! No hard feeling! Lol!

Here's what I'm wearing today. Naka-ready for combat ang attire ko. I wore a very comfortable outfit. I put my hair up in a ponytail too because I know this will be a very toxic day. I'm so ready for it! Let's get in onnnnn!!!
