I love massages and facials. I wish I have more free time because I wanna have them weekly. Sadly, because of work, mommy duties, blogging escapades, I'm lucky na if I have them twice a month.
So when the people from The Spa emailed me if I can try their Purity Facial with Organics, I seriously had to make time. The Spa is like the Mother Lily of all the spas I know!

They told me that I should try their Purity Facial with Organics.
This very "sosy" Purity Facial uses Selvert Thermal from Spain:
"Selvert Thermal was launched in 1996 in response to a huge demand for an effective cosmetic rich in minerals. The scientists at IDESCO knew that Thermal Water was very beneficial for the skin, therefore they searched for the best water source for the elaboration of cosmetics. To obtain better results they decided to combine two different extraordinary waters: Thermal Water from the Spanish Pyrenees (rich in silicates, Sodium and Chloride) well known for its antiallergenic and healing properties and from the Swiss Alps (rich in Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Manganese, Strontium, Iron and Sulphate) known to offer anti ageing and free anti-radicals action. All Selvert Thermal products contain Thermal Water from these two sources."
The Purity Facial with Organics is a natural eco-friendly facial uses 100% natural ingredients. All manufacturing procedures have been certified by the prestigious regulatory French agencies EcoCert and Bio Cosmetique.
The Purity Facial with Organics uses:
- Between 99.75% - 100% of natural ingredients or from a natural origin
- Between 10 – 30% of certified organic ingredients
- Between 0% - 0.25% of certified synthetic conservatives
There are no: animal testing, substances obtained by chemical synthesis, phenoxyethanol (synthetic conservatives), parabens (synthetic conservatives), dyes or colouring agents, carbomers (thickener), silicones (antifoam, emollient), pesticides. The facial is 100% respectful to the environment.

After being directed to my locker room, I showered and had my favorite The Spa's Ginger tea. I wish they would sell this commercially because I will hoard it!!! I love it talaga.
I was ushered to this room with big and comfy chairs.
Before they did the Purity Facial, I was treated to their The Spa Reflexology.
I was told by the girl attending to me that this is a foot spa daw.
ME: Ate, foot spa po ba ito?
ATE: Opo ma'am. Medyo bagong service po namin ito.
ME: Ah, eh bakit po head ko yung minamassage niyo?
ATE: Kasama po ito.
Ah okay. Akala ko mukha kasi akong paa. Lol.
It turned out that this Foot Reflexology Spa does not only concentrates on your feet but also on your head and whole body too! All that for Php 500 and no need to remove your clothes too!! Super sulit! My hubby will love this!
After the mega relaxing Spa Reflexology massage which I highly recommend to everybody, they started na with the Purity Facial.
I won't post photos na anymore kasi katakot yung kinalabasan ng mga pictures ko. Lol.
Here the step by step that they did:
First, they did a cleansing scrub formulated with ecological coconut shell particles that helped remove my dead skin cells.
Second, they applied an intensive purifying gel that helps open my pores without the typical facial steaming. Organic Rosemary Water is the main ingredient of this gel which has anit-ageing, anti-free radicals, anti-inflammatory and soothing skin purifiers.
Third, a gentle cleanser made of Organic Rose Water made from fresh rose petals was applied. This removes the previously applied gel and it helps restore the skin's natural PH balance.
Fourth, they applied a serum formulated using a high concentration of active ingredients (Fig, Cotton Seeds, Linen Extract) specifically to hydrate and oxygenate the skin. They did a Vodder Lymphatic Drainage massage which ensures complete penetration of the product, this step also helps to stimulate the Lymphatic system and drain out toxins.
Fifth, they place a veil mask on my face and applied a mixture of cellulose and herbal tea infusion on it. Organic Camomile for a soothing, astringent and anti-inflammatory effect; Organic Mint for oxygenating, reviving and decongestive effect; Organic White Tea for regenerating, (high levels of xanthine and Vit. C) and reaffirming effect; Organic Green Tea for repairing and anti-oxidant effect.
Lastly, they applied a silky emulsion that revitalize, hydrate, regenerate, reduce pigmentation, brighten and improve skin elasticity.
After the treatment, my skin felt really supple and smooth. I can get used to this!! I asked and discovered that this Purity Facial is quite pricey compared to the ones I have diyan sa tabi tabi. It costs about Php 2,700. Makes sense though because the Purity Facial only uses top of the line, natural ingredients which is seriously perfect for my sensitive skin. I notice that never did I feel pain or and stinging feeling all throughout the treatment. SUPER SULIT!!!
