Party Pop Up Media Launch

The other weekend, we were invited to attend the medial launch of Party Pop Up in Magallanes Village.

 From their press kit:

Party Pop Up is a party shop that offers a unique way of celebrating your birthday. We have a vision of changing the way parties and events are experienced by providing a distinctive full service party planning. We aim to personalize each and every event that we take on, taking meticulous care in ensuring that all the needs and requirements of each client are met and satisfied.

Party Pop Up is not your usual party planner – it approaches each event with a distinctive idea, as clients are consulted and ideas are thoroughly brainstormed to meet individual standards and expectations for each planned event. Quality is not sacrificed for quantity, as distinct themes and that sought-after excitement are the main considerations when the parties are carefully crafted and created.

We provide more than just a party set-up - with a unique theme and the best suppliers we have to offer, Party Pop Up intends to tailor-make itself to fit into each event, ultimately making the party experience fun and unforgettable.

In the invitation that they sent, they requested the kids to dress to one of the four themes of the party: jungle, underwater, luau and shabby chic/tea party. I only remembered that day that Anika was supposed to wear a costume! I ransacked her closet and found this cute, bright, floral dress. Perfect! She was ready to go! I asked LT,

ME: Tita, magcostume din ba kaya ako?

LT: Nana, hayaan mo na sa mga bata yan. Kiddie party nga eh.

Fine. Nagtatanong lang. Lol! =))

Anyways, you know that weekends are really sacred in the Sombrero household. It was discussed that during Saturday and Sunday, we must be together, spending time to make bawi for the busy weekdays. Going to the Party Pop Up medial launch was just like making pasyal. We had so much fun attending this event! Mainly because I went with Alvin and Anika. Plus the fact there were so many activities for kids. Anika was running from one part of the venue to the other!

Wait, before I start gushing and gushing, lemme tell you what happened there.

When we arrived, we were met by the Nuffnang team who introduced us to one of the lovely ladies behind Party Pop Up. She told us to have fun and we were more than willing to oblige! =) Looking around, we decided to go directly to the photo booth by OK Pose Photobooth.

Behind Alvin and Anika are the other backgrounds you can choose from.
There were a lot of different costumes to try on. Anika and Alvin looked so adorable in them. Hindi ko na ipopost dito because I looked like I gained 10,000 lbs in that photo. Mali kasi angle ko eh. It's forever difficult to angle ng payat if you're carrying a baby in a photobooth. But trust me guys, apart from that, the photo came out great. Ang ganda talaga because of all the lay-outing that they did =)

Next, I asked Anika if she liked to have a glitter tattoo care of Glimmer Body Art. Ayaw, scared daw siya. Hmp! Sige eh di ako na lang. Hehehe.

So many designs to choose from!

Ain't it pretty?!
At first I was scared because the glitters might spread to my body and to my eyes. Kaso the opposite happened. The glitters stuck talaga to my skin! No hawa. No smudging. Super galing! Even when I was taking a bath that evening, ayaw pa din matanggal! I had to scrub it pa. Siguro if hindi ako magscrub ng isang linggo, it will stay there 'till then. Hehehe.

Outside naman the house, in the lanai, there were buffet decors for the four themes.

Under the sea:

Shabby chic / Tea party:

Jungle / safari:

Luau:

The set ups were really cute! Parang I want na lang a themed party in our backyard for Anika's third birthday next year! Teka, wala pala kaming backyard. Oh well. Malay natin next year, magkaron na kami. Choz =)

After that, we were called inside for a small program. The three ladies behind the Party Pop Up were introduced by the hosts of Make Believe. They talked about their company and what they can offer for your party needs.

After that, the Make Believe Productions did a short activity and story telling with the kids. Anika was so eager to participate =)

After that we went outside to try the Senor Churritos and Manang's Chicken which were really delicious!

Anika also played with the kids.

Right before going home, we decided to try the cupcake decorating corner which Anika loved.

We went home with smiles on our faces. Anika thoroughly enjoyed the party. Party Pop Up did an extremely great job in organizing it with their partners. I can just imaging how they can beautify and spice up your kiddie parties as well =)
