Beurre Blanc: Yummy Steak at Affordable Price

I dunno kung ano sumapi sa asawa ko but last Monday, he called me at work to ask me out for a date.

I was so surprised that I said yes immediately even if I was up to my neck with deadlines that day. Pumasok na lang ako ng 7am the next day to finish all my reports.

I was so surprised that I said yes even though we were supposed to do the groceries that night. Namalengke na lang tuloy ang Jekjek early the next day.

Anyways, minsan lang to mag-aya mga mare so gora ang beauty ng lola mo! I got more excited when he told me that we find a nice restaurant in Resorts World to eat. Anong meron?! It turned out that my hubby was mighty pleased with himself about something that made me so proud of him too! I won't elaborate it anymore but I know even though you guys don't know exactly what is it, you all are happy for us! =D

It was hard finding a restaurant where to eat. We want to try something new so we chose steaks at Beurre Blanc. Sosy ang place kaya sa labas na lang kami naupo. Lol. Sayang because there was this statue in the middle of the restaurant inside with fountain and an amazing ceiling. Sarap picturan. Kahiya lang because nga medyo sosy ang place.

What I love about it though is that the restaurant feels sosy but the prices are not that expensive! I swear!

Alvin ordered asparagus with dip. PRICE: around Php 165

I ordered baked oysters. These are so fresh and yummy! As in kung hindi lang gabi na and inawat ako ni Alvin ubusin ito, I would have eaten all oysters. Kaso lang bad daw sa tummy ang madaming oysters sa gabi...

I had this steak and prawns with wild mushroom sauce. I love it! I had the steak done medium well and it was so soft. The prawns were as delicious as well! PRICE: around Php 450

Alvin had thin angus steak with pepper sauce. He liked it too! PRICE: around Php 450

I had Strawberry gelatto for dessert. Dito lang sila sumablay. Gelatto's supposed to be smooth diba? This was frozen in a not nice way that made it crunchy. Di tuloy masarap. PRICE: around Php 140

All in all, I would recommend this restaurant to you guys. The ambiance was cozy and romantic. The waiters were super attentive. The food was great (except for the dessert). Maybe, I'll try the cakes next time. The prices are not that expensive.
