Weekend Malling at Mall of Asia

We rarely go to Mall of Asia because (1) hindi ko kabisado ang mga location ng mga stores (2) it's so big, nakakapagod maglakad and (3) super daming tao always.

However, we decided to spend our afternoon there to make pasyal last Saturday. Sinama ko na ang Girlie and Jekjek because for them, MOA is a place to be talaga.

Let's photoblog, shall we?

We're looking for a place to eat. Somewhere na hindi ma-tao. Sadly, Jollibee was jampacked. Favorite dun ni Anika eh.

I was so happy because I saw Gong Cha. For me, Gong Cha's Wintermelon Milk Tea is the best tasting milk tea I have ever tasted so far.

We decided to try Big Daddy's Chicken. Toots said he has tried this already in Singapore and he liked it.

Okay lang naman. Nothing special except that the chicken does not need any sawsawan. It's malasa na as it is. And the breading is kinda chicharon-like. The rice? Ang konti sobra. The soup? Walang lasa. Sorry. The servers? No comment.

The outfit of the day:

Mango spaghetti top, Cover up bought at the Noel Bazaar, Forever 21 denims and Fitflops

Meet the Thunder thighs =)

My hair that seriously needs a makeover.
After lunch, we went to Timezone to play some games and win tickets. Kinareer namin ito.

We got so many tickets from Deal or No Deal. Anika chose the suitcases. Beginners luck!

We played shoot the balls. Tuwang tuwa ang Jekjek and Girlie.

We realized mas dadami ang tickets if we play Gold Fort. This is the one with all the piso coins.

While I was busy shopping, Alvin and Anika rode the carousel. When I met up with them, Alvin said na gusto pa daw ni Anika ng one more ride sa carousel.
ALVIN: Samahan mo Babe. Enjoy na enjoy si Anika eh.

ME: Sure ka nagenjoy?! Di ba ayaw niya ng carousel? (I remember her first carousel ride. Ako ang hilong hilo eh)

ALVIN: Oo kaya! Tanungin mo pa si Girlie.

Girlie said that Anika enjoyed her carousel ride so I bought tickets and reluctantly went with her. Mahiluhin talaga kasi ako mga ateh. At the start, tuwa naman ang bagets.

Then nung umandar, nagarte-arte na! She didn't want to ride on the horse. I had to ride the horse with her!

Lekat yan. Eto ba yung gustong gusto?! Lol!

Anyways, here's my parting photo.

Feel na feel nung dalawa ang picture taking hindi napansin na takot si Anika kay Darth Vader!

If only hindi ganun ka ma-tao in MOA, I'll take Anika there often. I love their parking lot because of the sensor type parking indicators. Malayo pa lang, you'll know na which slots are empty pa =) Ang taba ng utak ng naka-isip nun.

And the mall has almost all the stores from mid-end to high end stores. It's a one stop mall talaga.

Kayo guys, are you often in Mall of Asia? =)

  6. We rarely go to MOA, exactly the same reason as you stated. I'd rather bring the Little Ones to ATC, Greenbelt or High Street because there is ample space for them to move and run around.
